Peggy LeBlanc is married to Hilliard LeBlanc Jr. where they reside in Midland. Peggy has one grandson and is a charter member of the Crowley Art Association and a member of The Gallery since its beginning. She has held various positions in the Crowley Art Association, such as chairman of the Spring Arts & Crafts Show, Rice Festival Arts & Crafts Show and managed membership, promotions and display with the association. Peggy has helped paint several murals around Crowley and one in Jennings.

She is an avid sewer having made cloth dolls, dresses for porcelain dolls and smocked children’s clothing. She like to paint having taking lessons from Marilyn Shingleton and many others. Peggy likes a variety of crafts and practiced many over the years. She volunteers her time at Crowley’s Soup Kitchen.
