Jenny Deville
Jenny Deville was born in Abbeville, LA, but has lived most of her life in Crowley.  She worked 37 years with the USDA, FmHA making loans to farmers and home owners.

She has been a member of the Crowley Art Gallery for almost 20 years, but only upon her retirement 5 years ago was she able to give of her time to volunteering in several ways, one of which included being CAA secretary for a couple of years.

Since her retirement she was able to have the time to devote to a life long desire to learn how to paint. She has been taught oil painting by Margaret Hulin and Robert Baxter, watercolor by Imogene Dewey, one-stroke acrylic painting by Cathy Barnett, and potrait painting by Valerie Stewart. She has also attended several workshops being taught by various artists.

Jenny finds painting relaxing and thoroughly enjoys the process of creativity. She paints various subjects including Still Life, Animals, Landscapes, Secondary Cubism and Symbolism.
