Dr. Lyn FontenotDr. Lyn Fontenot, originally from Eunice, LA., has been drawing and painting since the age of two years old. She won her first blue ribbon when she was eight years old and has won numerous ribbons and awards since. Some of her numerous subject manner for paintings include private homes, landscapes, street scenes, animals, nature, flowers. She designs logos and letterheads as well. Her mediums include watercolor, oils, and acrylic.
Dr. Lyn Fontenot is also a licensed and registered interior designer. Her dregrres include a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, a Master's Degree in Fine Arts, and a Doctorate Degree is Art History. Of her 43 professional years, 3 were spent working in Paris, France.
Her most recent book, titled Perspective Drawing and Art Techniques is for sale through The Gallery. Plus she teaches art lessons on perspective drawing through the Continuing Education Department at the University of Louisiana.
